I really like the efficiency and reliability of IHCxpress. They're definitely a whole lot much faster than other carriers especially in International Freight. Most importantly, no hidden charges and has excellent clearing relationship with customs because most of these other carriers will leave you at the mercy of the customs. I shipped Popsicles from New York to Warsaw in June of 2023. They were awesome and delivered excellent service because the goods had to be kept cold at all times. I kept track of the delivery via my Tracking # and everything was on point. The receiver was called by the delivery man as soon as the popsicles arrived. I'll give you guys 5/5 ratings.

They have the most polite and professional delivery man. He's also courteous and careful. I'm most familiar with Mike because he's always the one to do the delivery. My hsband and I have lots of semi feral cats(blind, deaf and some with damaged legs) who enjoys staying and playing around the house. Mike somehow manages to befreind them that they can sense when he's coming and that makes it much easier for everyone because he don't have to blow the horn so hard to get his way through.

I had an emergency pick up that needed a non-stop hot shot delivery run from miami, FL to Perth, Australia. They were able to get it picked up from my warehouse within one hour of me calling.
